The 66 Express welcomes drivers who choose to pay the toll using E-Z Pass or one of the multiple payment options we offer through our website and customer service center.

EZPass Holders

The 66 Express welcomes all E-ZPass customers with a valid E-ZPass account. Using the 66 Express for an E-ZPass customer is no different than traveling other express lanes in Northern Virginia. Simply enter and exit the express lanes at your desired entry and exit points, and your tolls will automatically be billed to your existing E-ZPass account.

Additional Payment Options

Customers who use the 66 Express without a valid E-ZPass account can pay for their trip using our Missed a Toll online payment option Click Here.

Customers who fail to pay online within five days of their trip will receive an invoice by mail. If you received an invoice, it is important to pay it promptly to avoid escalating administration fees. Online payment options include Credit, Debit, ACH, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Mail-in Payment
Mail-in payments are restricted to check or money order only. Please do not send CASH or Credit Card information via mail.

Pay by Phone
You may pay your notice by phone, by calling 1-833-643-2867. Phone payments are restricted to credit and debit cards only.

Walmart Pay
You may pay your notice at a local Walmart. This is useful for customers who wish to pay in cash.

Customer Service Center
You may also pay your notice Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Customer Service Center located at:

The Customer Service Center accepts credit and debit cards, as well as check or money order. Cash is not accepted at the Customer Service Center.

NextPass Mobile App
NextPass mobile app is a flexible way to pay for tolls as you go, without the worry of startup costs, being locked into a pre-paid account, or needing a transponder in your vehicle. The easy-to-use app can be used on all 16 toll roads in Virginia, including 66 Express Outside the Beltway, 495/95/395 Express Lanes, I-66 Express Lanes Inside the Beltway, and the Dulles Toll Road in Northern Virginia.
