As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for communicating and/or engaging with customers through the available channels of phone, email, chat, and in-person. CSRs will educate and inform customers about I-66 Express Mobility Partners LLC (66 Express Lanes) and answer questions that may arise. The goal of the CSR is to help customers resolve their issue(s) and make better-informed decisions about their notice and/or account.

As the Insights Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging a combination of strategic, quantitative, technical, and presentation skills to deliver impactful analyses and easy-to-understand insights while partnering with business leaders, outside agency partners, and marketing channel owners. The Insight Marketing Manager will also play an integral role in transforming the way that the team accesses, understands, and reacts to data. Other responsibilities include areas such as marketing and digital strategies, customer experience, and building and executing data driven marketing strategies.

As the Field System Technician, you will have the opportunity to assist the Field Service Technician will perform servicing, repair and/or installation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Toll Collection Systems (TCS) and Network Communication Systems (NCS). The Field Service Technician provides field support including: troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment, systems, and wiring; installation of equipment; upgrades, modifications, programming; preventive maintenance actions; documentation. Night shift hours are required for this position.

As a Roadway Incident Response Technician, you will be responsible for operating an emergency response vehicle for performing roadside assistance (tire changes and providing fuel and/or water), accident management, abandoned vehicles tagging, and debris removal.  The I-66 Traffic Management Center will be dispatching and assisting you during all events. You will also work on occasions with maintenance personnel, for providing them with traffic control and other maintenance duties.

As the Roadway Maintenance Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to act as a direct supervisor on all aspects related to the work of the maintenance crew, including daily input for work assignments, equipment, and materials used, and scheduling and leading all the weekly and monthly safety meetings.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for identifying roadway elements which do not meet the contractual performance requirements and subsequently plan the repair of those elements. The Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

As a Roadway Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for operating automotive and maintenance equipment to transport material, equipment, and maintenance personnel as well as performing skilled highway maintenance duties.  You will participate in the maintenance of buildings and work with maintenance personnel. They will also receive assignments from the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager and on occasions supervise personnel on various job assignments.  You will guide and/or train less experienced personnel on equipment operation and roadway maintenance.

The Snow Plow Operator (Part-Time), is an on-call and part-time position that will work rotating shifts during inclement weather. Operators will be responsible for snow removal and dicing operations on the I-66 express lanes. Operators will also operate state-of-the-art snow removal equipment to provide motorists with safe and reliable travel.

As a Traffic Management Center (TMC) Operator you’ll be responsible for monitoring the roadways including detecting, confirming, updating, and responding to scheduled and unscheduled traffic incidents, congestion, and monitoring of dynamic toll pricing on the I-66 Managed Lanes Project.  The operator position serves as the eyes and ears of detection and management for all activities being handled by the TMC.
