As a Traffic Management Center (TMC) Operator you’ll be responsible for monitoring the roadways including detecting, confirming, updating, and responding to scheduled and unscheduled traffic incidents, congestion, and monitoring of dynamic toll pricing on the I-66 Managed Lanes Project. The operator position serves as the eyes and ears of detection and management for all activities being handled by the TMC.

The CSR will be responsible for communicating and/or engaging with customers through the available channels of phone, email, chat, and In-person. CSRs will educate and inform customers about I-66 Express Mobility Partners LLC (66 Express Lanes) and answer questions that may arise. The goal of the CSR is to help customers resolve their issue(s) and make better-informed decisions about their notice and/or account.

A Financial Reporting Analyst prepares the internal and external monthly reports to be circulated to the different Stakeholders.  Ensures that the company is in full compliance with all of the necessary reports required by the Comprehensive Agreement (CA) and the Loan Agreements.  Assists the CFO and FP&A Manager in preparing and analyzing the budget and the forecasts of the Company.

The Quality Manager will ensure compliance and fulfillment in respect to quality requirements during our operations. Develop and audit the Quality Management Plan, policies, and procedures. The Quality Manager will be responsible for all aspects related to quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) for I-66 EMP.
