• The 66 Express Outside the Beltway customer service center will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025 in observation of the holiday. Our agents will be available again during normal business hours (Mon-Thu, 8am-6pm; Fri 8am-2pm) on Monday, July 7, 2025.

    Emergency Roadside Assistance Reminder: It has been brought to our attention that unauthorized individuals have attempted to offer roadside assistance to drivers on the 66 Express. Only clearly marked 66 Express vehicles or official emergency responders (such as police, fire, or EMS) are authorized to assist on the Express Lanes. Our roadside teams are always in uniform, vehicles are clearly marked, and we will never ask for payment.

    If anyone else approaches your vehicle claiming to offer help, do not engage and contact VSP immediately at #77.
