The Toll Systems Manager will be a self-driven, technically savvy individual with the ability to build and lead effective and capable teams. The Toll Systems Manager is responsible for roadway technology systems from design through operation and maintenance on the tolling project in accordance with all requirements outlined in the Comprehensive Agreement (CA). They will participate in managing and directing contractors to meet these requirements while ensuring the project is implemented on schedule, within budget, and with an optimal design. I-66 Express Mobility Partners (EMP) is part of a major beltway project that is transforming Northern Virginia’s Interstate 66 to provide new travel options. The project consists of building and maintaining 22.5 miles of new express toll lanes on I-66 outside the beltway from I-495/Capital Beltway to Gainesville, VA.
