I-66 EMP Donates $5,000 To Northern Virginia Family Service to Support Holiday Giving
Operator of 66 Express Outside the Beltway Gives Back to Assist Food-Insecure Families in the Community
Manassas, Va. December 12, 2023 – I-66 Express Mobility Partners (I-66 EMP), builder and operator of the 66 Express Outside the Beltway, made recent contributions totaling $5,000 to support Northern Virginia Family Service’s holiday giving programs, benefiting food-insecure families throughout the region.
I-66 EMP’s contributions to NVFS will be used to deliver meal packages to families during this holiday season. Deliveries are possible thanks to a van generously transferred to NVFS by Amazon Web Services.
The donations strengthen I-66 EMP’s longstanding relationship with NVFS, which serves as a vital local resource for families dealing with poverty, homelessness, and food insecurity.
“The contributions of corporate partners like I-66 EMP are invaluable,” said Kathleen McMahon, Executive Vice President, Development & Communications of NVFS. “It’s because of donations like this that we’re able to impact families across the region. We thank EMP for their partnership and support.”
