    Emergency Roadside Assistance Reminder: It has been brought to our attention that unauthorized individuals have attempted to offer roadside assistance to drivers on the 66 Express. Only clearly marked 66 Express vehicles or official emergency responders (such as police, fire, or EMS) are authorized to assist on the Express Lanes. Our roadside teams are always in uniform, vehicles are clearly marked, and we will never ask for payment.

    If anyone else approaches your vehicle claiming to offer help, do not engage and contact VSP immediately at #77.

Ways to Pay Your Toll

E-ZPass is the simple, fast way to automatically pay tolls on the 66 Express Outside the Beltway. Just remember to Fund It, Link It, and Mount It.

No E-ZPass? Customers who drive the 66 Express without a valid E-ZPass account can pay their toll with our “Pay a Missed Toll” online payment option.

Customers who fail to pay online within five days of their trip will receive an invoice to the mailing address associated with the vehicle’s license plate. If you received an invoice, it is important to pay it promptly to avoid escalating administration fees. Online payment options include Credit, Debit, ACH, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Online Payment

The easiest way for customers to pay their toll is through our online payment portal.

Pay by Phone

You may pay your notice by phone, by calling 1-833-643-2867. Phone payments are restricted to credit and debit cards only.

Walmart Pay

You may pay your notice at a local Walmart. This is useful for customers who wish to pay in cash.

Customer Service Center

You may also pay your notice Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Customer Service Center located at:

The Customer Service Center accepts credit and debit cards, as well as check or money order. Cash is not accepted at the Customer Service Center.

NextPass mobile app is a flexible way to pay for tolls as you go, without the worry of startup costs, being locked into a pre-paid account, or needing a transponder in your vehicle. The easy-to-use app can be used on all 16 toll roads in Virginia, including 66 Express Outside the Beltway, 495/95/395 Express Lanes, I-66 Express Lanes Inside the Beltway, and the Dulles Toll Road in Northern Virginia.
